摘要 具备优良动特性的振动夹具是机载设备振动试验成功的保证。根据振动夹具动特性设计原则,设计某导弹舱段的振动夹具,应用MSC/Nastran软件对夹具进行模态和随机振动响应计算,同时设计夹具试验验证方法,并完成夹具的振动验证试验。振动夹具动特性计算结果与试验结果吻合,满足夹具动特性设计要求。 As the vibration fixture with excellent dynamic characteristics is the guarantee of successful vibration test of airborne equipment,the vibration fixture of a certain missile cabin is designed according to the design principle of dynamic characteristics of vibration fixture.The modal and random vibration response of the fixture are calculated by MSC/Nastran software.Meanwhile,the fixture test verification method is designed to complete the vibration verification test of the fixture.The calculated results of dynamic characteristics of vibration fixture are in good agreement with the experimental results,which meets the requirements of the dynamic characteristics of fixture.
