摘要
总迁移量油脂替代试验有多种有机试剂可以使用,其中常用试剂有95%乙醇溶液和异辛烷。该文以95%乙醇(40℃, 10d)、异辛烷(20℃, 2d)、异辛烷(20℃, 10d)为模拟条件对食品接触材料的总迁移量进行研究,结果表明,迁移量大小为95%乙醇(40℃, 10d)>异辛烷(20℃, 10d)>异辛烷(20℃, 2d),95%乙醇(40℃, 10d)和异辛烷(20℃,2d)结果不等效,且在95%乙醇(40℃, 10d)条件下,纸制品较塑料制品更易迁出非挥发性物质。
There are many organic reagents that can be used in oil alternative test of overall migration quantity, among which 95%ethanol solution and isooctane are commonly used. In this paper, the overall migration quantity of food contact materials under the following simulation conditions: 95% ethanol(40℃,10d), isooctane(20℃, 2d) and isooctane(20℃, 10d) were researched.The sequence of overall migration quantity from high to low is: 95% ethanol(40℃,10d), isooctane(20℃, 10d), isooctane(20℃, 2d). The results were not equivalent of 95% ethanol(40℃,10d) and isooctane(20℃, 2d). The paper products are more likely to migrate nonvolatile substances than plastic products in 95% ethanol under the condition of 40℃ and 10d.
