气相色谱质谱法测定塑胶跑道中邻苯二甲酸酯的含量及其影响因素研究

Research on Determination of Phthalate Content in Plastic Track Material and Influencing Factors

建立了塑胶跑道中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯DEHP的分析方法,探究了不同前处理条件,包括提取方式、提取溶剂、提取温度以及提取时间等因素对邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯提取效果的影响,并通过基质加标等对色谱条件进行优化。研究结果表明,以2-丁酮作为溶剂、在70℃条件下超声萃取1.5h,塑胶跑道中邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的提取效果最佳。在5μg、10μg添加水平下,回收率为86.2%~93.3%,相对标准偏差小于5%,该方法准确度和精密度良好。

The analytical method of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate in the plastic track material was established, and the effect of different pre-treatment conditions were explored on the extraction of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, including extraction method,extraction solvent, extraction temperature and extraction time. And the chromatographic conditions were optimized by matrix addition. The research results showed that the optimal pre-treatment conditions for extracting di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate from plastic track materials was ultrasonic extraction at 70℃ in 2-butanone solvent for 1.5 hours. When the addition amounts were 5μg and 10μg,the recovery rate was between 86.2% and 93.3%, the relative standard deviation was less than 5%.
