摘要
电晕放电是一种成熟的高分子材料表面预处理方法,为了研究电晕对BOPP薄膜表面化学组成和表面张力的影响,利用ATR-FTIR、XPS和表面张力仪对电晕处理的BOPP薄膜表面的化学组成和表面张力进行了表征。研究结果表明,经过电晕放电处理的BOPP薄膜表面形成了极性含氧和含氮官能团,C含量下降16.3%,O含量增加16.8%,N含量轻微下降;在一定范围内,电晕功率和预热温度的增加,有利于BOPP薄膜表面张力的增加。本研究为提高BOPP薄膜的性能和扩大其应用领域提供了技术支撑。
Corona discharge is a mature method of surface pretreatment of polymer materials. In order to study the effects of corona on the surface chemistry and surface tension of BOPP films, ATR-FTIR, XPS and surface tension meters were used to investigate the surface of BOPP film treated by corona discharge. The results showed that polar oxygen-containing and nitrogen-containing functional groups were formed on the surface of the BOPP film treated by corona discharge. The C content decreased by 16.3%,the O content increased by 16.8%, and the N content decreased slightly. Within a certain range, the increase of corona power and preheating temperature are conducive to the increase of the surface tension of the BOPP film. This work provides technical support for improving the performance of BOPP film and expanding its application fields.
