摘要
沥青路面在重载荷作用下会出现路面的开裂、鼓包、风化等问题,传统的路面环切破碎重塑法需要对路面进行切割剔除和重新成型,维护工作量较大。路面微波加热技术可以实现对原有路面沥青设施的有效利用,且在程控成型技术的支持下,实现对路面的无创快速修复。实验表明,与传统的路面环切破碎重塑法相比,微波加热沥青路面维护法的日工作量提升1.74倍,平均高程误差提升3.55倍,废石产生量节约27.91倍。在进行合理技术工艺路径梳理和技术贯彻普及后,该方法有较强的应用推广价值。
Asphalt pavement under heavy load will be cracked,bulging,weathering and other problems of the pavement,the traditional pavement ring cutting crushing remodeling method requires cutting out and re-forming of the pavement,maintenance workload is large.Pavement microwave heating technology can realize the effective use of the original pavement asphalt facilities,and with the support of program-controlled forming technology,the non-invasive and rapid repair of the pavement is realized.The experiment shows that compared with the traditional pavement ring-cut crushing and reshaping method,the daily workload of microwave heating asphalt pavement maintenance method is increased by 1.74 times,the average elevation error is improved by 3.55 times,and the waste stone generation is saved by 27.91 times.After the rational technical process path combing and technology implementation and popularization,the method has strong application and promotion value.
