摘要
为了激励用户加强身体活动并实现对其运动状况的实时监护,提出一种基于可穿戴设备的运动监测系统。系统由健康胸带、移动应用程序和服务器三部分组成。健康胸带内嵌有心电传感器和加速度计,采集人体心电和活动信号,使用蓝牙将信号传输至移动设备。安装于移动设备的应用程序接收和分析心电和加速度信号,解析为运动参数并向用户实时展示。为了分析信号处理算法的性能、评价系统的可用性,进行了实地实验。受试者使用该系统按照给定方案运动,并填写可用性调查问卷。实验结果表明,可穿戴运动监测系统有效可行,能够给予受试者可靠的运动反馈,移动应用程序的功能设计有助于提高用户接受度。
A wearable system for exercise monitoring is proposed to encourage users’ physical activity and monitor their exercise condition in real time. The system consists of three components: a wellness chest belt, a mobile application and a server. The chest belt was integrated with electrocardiogram sensors and accelerometer which measured signals from a wear’s heart and physical activity, and transmits the sensed signals to a mobile device via Bluetooth. The application installed on the mobile device translated the received electrocardiogram and acceleration signals to exercise parameters and displayed them to the user. A field trial was conducted to analyze the performance of signal processing algorithms and evaluate system usability. Subjects were asked to perform exercises based on a given scheme using the developed system, and fill in a usability questionnaire. The results demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the developed system. The wearable exercise-monitoring system can provide subjects with reliable exercise feedback. The functional design of the mobile application is found to contribute to the user acceptance of the system.
