针对澳洲翻译本科中的口译教学与口译实践的关系、课程设置、翻译资格认证考试及翻译政策制定、口译能力培养、翻译理论与实践的关系、文学翻译的未来等相关事宜,本文运用专家访谈法,求教于澳洲蒙纳士大学荣誉院士兼业界研究员、澳洲中文翻译协会(CITAA)主席、四川大学和东南大学客座教授、澳大利亚勋章获得者秦潞山教授。他结合自己的口笔译实践、教学经验,深入浅出地对上述问题给予了全方位精彩论述,特别是他就澳洲翻译本科专业总结的面向业界的总原则、多元化课程设计、完善制度建设、翻译理论与实践的关系新解读等,为国内翻译本科和MTI口译教学与实践提供了重要启示与参考。

This paper interviews Prof.Lushan Charles Qin,both an Honorary Fellow of Monash University and a senior Australian interpreter,chairman of CITAA about the issues such as the relationship between interpretation teaching and practice in Australian Undergraduate Program of Interpretation,curriculum design,accreditation examination,translation policy,interpreting competence,the interrelations between the interpretation theory and practice and the future of literary translation.He elaborates his insights in depth with his ample experiences both in his interpretation practice and teaching.It is worthwhile to note that the industry-orientation,diversified curriculum design,well-established institution,insights of the interpretation theory and practice of Australian Undergraduate Program of Interpretation he summarized could offer some reference and tips for the interpreting teaching and practice of both Chinese Undergraduate Program of Translation and Master of Translation and Interpretation.
