“双一流”建设背景下学术型研究生培养模式探索--以加州大学洛杉矶分校英语系为鉴

A Tentative Study on the Cultivation Mode of Academic Learning Oriented Graduates under the Background of Double First-Class Construction:Taking the English Department of UCLA as an Example

本文分析了我国现行的学术型研究生培养所面临的问题,并通过考察美国加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)英语系的研究生培养模式,提出建立和实行严格的选拔审查制、硕博贯通的长学制、以过程为导向的动态考核和指导制、完备的学生资助和实践参与体系以及国际化教育等理念和举措,以期对我国“双一流”建设背景下的学术型研究生培养提供借鉴意义。

By examining the cultivation mode of graduate students of Department of English at the University of California,Los Angeles(UCLA),this paper points out that the strict selection and examination system,the long-term learning system,the process-oriented dynamic examination and guidance system,the well-established student funding and practice participation system and the focus on international education are of great significance to the academic graduate cultivation under the background of Double First-Class Construction in China.
