山东省德州市35家医院院感管理现状调查分析

Investigation and analysis on status of infection management in 35 hospitals, Dezhou city, Shandong province

目的了解山东省德州市二级以上医院院感管理工作现状,分析医院感染管理中存在的问题。方法设计医院感染管理情况调查表,由山东省德州市35家二级以上医院院感管理专职人员填表,调查医院院感管理工作现状,统计分析2019-2021年医院消毒质量检测结果。结果全市35家医院配备专职人员209人,有岗位证书的66人、占比31.58%;护理专业87人、占比41.63%,护士比例偏高;209名专职人员中职称以中级职称和初级职称为主,分别占比44.02%和26.32%,高级职称占比仅18.66%;从事专职工作1年以内115人、占比55.03%,10年以上17人、占比8.13%。2019-2021年35家医院消毒质量监测总体合格率为98.26%;在不同的检测项目中,软式内镜的检测合格率较低,为90.32%。结论山东省德州市二级以上医院院感管理专职人员的专业构成欠合理,医院消毒工作中对软式内镜的消毒灭菌效果不理想。

Objective To understand the current situation of infection management in second-level and above hospitals in Dezhou city Shandong province,and analyze the existing problems in hospital infection management.Methods A questionnaire on the management of nosocomial infection at level 2 and above was designed,which was filled out by full-time staff of nosocomial infection management in 35 hospitals in 11 counties and urban areas of the city.Statistical analysis of hospital disinfection quality testing results in the 2019-2021 years.Results There were 209 full-time staff in 35 hospitals in the city,66 of whom had post certificates,accounting for 31.58%;among them,87 were nursing professionals,accounting for 41.63%,and the proportion of nurses was high;209 full-time personnel had intermediate titles and junior titles.Professional titles accounted for 44.02%and 26.32%respectively,and senior titles accounted for only 18.66%;115 people have been engaged in full-time work within 1 year,accounting for 55.03%,and 17 people have been engaged in full-time work for more than 10 years,accounting for only 8.13%.The overall qualified rate of disinfection quality monitoring in 35 hospitals from 2019 to 2021 was 98.26%;Among different testing items,the qualified rate of flexible endoscope was 90.32%.Conclusion The professional composition of full-time personnel is unreasonable,and the disinfection and sterilization effect of the flexible endoscope is not ideal.
