2018、2020年山东省临沂市公共场所控烟效果调查

Survey on effect of tobacco control in public places, Linyi City,2018 and 2020

目的了解山东省临沂市公共场所控烟成效,为推动公共场所控烟工作提供参考依据。方法2018、2020年分别抽取山东省临沂市部分公共场所,进行现场评分、暗访观察,并开展职工拦截调查,对两年的结果进行比较分析。结果与2018年比较,2020年大厅的禁烟标志张贴率由41.38%提升到69.49%,电梯的禁烟标志张贴率由33.62%提升到61.02%(P均<0.01);不吸烟者在公共场所7 d内二手烟暴露率由71.92%下降到39.74%(P<0.01);职工控烟制度执行率由51.03%提升到64.92%(P<0.01);吸烟劝阻率由42.93%提升到63.22%(P<0.01);职工对吸烟与冠心病、中风、新生儿猝死综合征知晓率分别由64.91%、57.93%、35.95%提升到79.15%、79.83%、48.39%(P均<0.01)。结论山东省临沂市公共场所控烟工作取得一定成效,但离全面无烟公共场所的标准还有一定差距。

Objective To understand the effectiveness of tobacco control in urban public places in Linyi city,so as to provide reference basis for promoting tobacco control in public places.Methods In 2018 and 2020,some urban public places were selected for on-site scoring,unannounced visit and observation,and employee interception survey was carried out.The results of the 2 years were compared and analyzed.Results The survey results in 2018 and 2020 were as follows:the posting rate of non-smoking signs in halls and elevators increased from 41.38%and 33.62%to 69.49%and 61.02%respectively(P<0.01);The second-hand smoke exposure rate of non-smokers in the workplace within 7 days decreased from 71.92%to 39.74%(P<0.01);The implementation rate of employee tobacco control system increased from 51.03%to 64.92%(P<0.01);The dissuasion rate of smoking increased from 42.93%to 63.22%(P<0.01);The awareness rates of smoking,coronary heart disease,stroke and sudden neonatal death syndrome increased from 64.91%,57.93%and 35.95%to 79.15%,79.83%and 48.39%respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion The establishment of smoke-free urban public places in Linyi city has an obvious effect.However,there is still a certain gap between the standard of smoking-free public places.
