摘要
针对当前智能露天矿山尚未形成统一的评价体系及建设思路的问题,通过实地调研、问卷调查、网络数据分析等方式,对全国45处露天煤矿开展了智能露天矿发展状态评价。构建了包括智能技术应用、智能安全治理、智能环境体系、智能基础设施以及智能应急体系5个一级指标的评价指标体系和评价模型,从子系统协调关系分析我国当前露天矿的智能化建设水平,并给出了45处露天煤矿的智能化评价结果。结果表明:目前大部分露天矿的智能化处在发展和追赶阶段,智能应急、智能基础设施以及智能技术应用成为发展短板和未来露天矿应关注的重点。
In order to unify the evaluation system and construction idea for the intelligent open-pit mines in China,the development status of more than 40 open-pit mines across the country is evaluated by combining on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,and network data search.The evaluation index system and evaluation model comprising five first-level indicators are constructed including intelligent technology application,intelligent safety management,intelligent environment system,intelligent infrastructure and intelligent emergency system,and the current intelligent construction of open pit mines in China is analyzed from the coordination relationship of subsystems.The results show that the intelligence of most open-pit mines is currently in the development and catch-up stage,and intelligent emergency response,intelligent infrastructure and intelligent technology application are the weak links,which is also the focus of open-pit mines in the future.
