摘要
为解决采空区埋管抽采瓦斯技术因抽采管口位置改变造成抽采效果不佳的问题,以万峰煤矿1201综采工作面为研究对象,基于采空区瓦斯运移理论,分析了采空区瓦斯涌出规律,提出了上隅角错距式双埋管瓦斯抽采技术。利用COMSOL软件数值模拟得到了不同错距抽采条件下上隅角瓦斯体积分数,并通过正交实验分析确定了错距式双埋管抽采采空区瓦斯最有效位置为距底板高1.0m、1.5m,深入采空区10.0m、20.0m处。工程应用表明,错距式双埋管瓦斯抽采技术治理上隅角瓦斯超限效果显著,可为类似开采条件提供参考价值。
In order to improve the extraction effect worsened after changing the position of extraction pipe in goaf,taking the 1201 working face of Wanfeng Coal Mine as the research object,based on the theory of gas migration in goaf,the law of gas emission in goaf is analyzed,a technology of staggered double buried-pipe gas extraction in upper corner is proposed.The volume fraction of gas in the upper corner under different staggered extraction conditions is numerically simulated using COMSOL software.According to orthogonal experimental analysis,the most effective position of staggered double buried-pipe for gas extraction in the goaf is 1.0 m and 1.5 m above the floor and 10.0 m and 20.0 m inside of the goaf.The engineering application shows that the proposed technology has a significant effect on controlling gas overrun in upper corner,which can provide reference for gas control under similar mining conditions.
