摘要
类器官是来源于多种类型干细胞通过自组织方式而组成的三维结构,可模拟体内疾病与正常组织的结构和功能,成为近十年内生物科学领域的重要突破之一。而肿瘤类器官作为一种可靠且稳定的体外肿瘤模型,可以捕获患者肿瘤的结构和突变特征,已在建立和分析方面取得巨大进展。全文回顾了肿瘤类器官研究的最新进展及其可能在抗肿瘤药物开发和精准治疗等方面的应用。
Organoids are the three-dimensional structure composed of various types of stem cells through self-organization,which can mimic the in vivo structure and function of normal or diseased tissues.Organoids have become one of the important breakthroughs in the field of biological sciences in the past decade.The tumor organoids,as a reliable and stable in vitro tumor model,can capture the structural and mutational features of human tumors.Tremendous progresses have been made in the establishment and analysis of tumor organoids recently.This article reviews the recent research progress in the establishment of tumor organoids and discusses their potential application in the development of anti-tumor drugs and in precision therapy of tumors.
