摘要
本文阐述基于H卷烟厂智能仓储数字孪生管理系统的设计与实现,对仓储管理情况进行了概述,并分析确定了使用Oracle数据库,Unity引擎,TCP Socket传输数据作为技术路线的数字孪生系统架构,通过建立虚拟场景、模型,映射真实数据的过程。系统在实现智能可视化管理同时,实现了设备健康管理,为模拟运行、数据分析、员工培训提供了环境。本文还对系统的性能和网络方面可能存在的问题进行了优化。
This article describes the design and implementation of the digital twin management system based on the H Cigarette Factory’s intelligent warehousing management. It provides an overview of the storage management situation,and analyzes and determines the digital twin system architecture that uses Oracle database, Unity engine, and TCP Socket to transmit data as the technical route.The process of establishing virtual scenes,models, and mapping real data. The system realizes equipment health management while realizing intelligent visual management, providing an environment for simulation operation, data analysis,and employee training. This article also optimizes the performance of the system and possible problems in the network.
