适应技能迭代需求的珠三角地区高职院校人才培养情况调研

Research on Talent Training in Higher Vocational Colleges to Meet the Needs of Skills Iteration in the Pearl River Delta Region

我国经济发展转向高质量发展阶段,对劳动者的技能素质提出了迭代更新的要求。基于区域经济发展实际,深入调研适应技能迭代需求的高职院校人才培养情况,对于促进高技能人才供需协调发展具有重要价值。以珠三角地区8家企业(或工厂)及8所高职院校为样本单位开展调研,发现高职院校在人才培养过程中各项培养情境要素的滞后是造成技能人才供需不匹配的重要原因。高职院校作为高技能人才供给方,需要高度重视目前普遍存在的高技能人才供不应求的状况对区域经济和产业发展构成的严重制约,适应区域产业发展需求加快专业建设与调整,适度超前培养未来发展需要的高技能人才,适合学生多元发展需要加强课程体系改革,适当推动公办民办高职院校分类高质量发展。

Economic development has shifted to a stage of high-quality development in China, which puts forward requirements for iterative updating of the skills and quality of workers. Based on the actual situation of regional economic development, in-depth research on talent training in higher vocational colleges that adapt to the iterative needs of skills is of great value in promoting the coordinated development of both supply and demand of high-skilled talents. Taking 8 enterprises(or factories) and 8 higher vocational colleges in the Pearl River Delta region as sample units to conduct a survey, it is found that the lag of various training context elements in the talent training process of higher vocational colleges is an important factor causing the mismatch between the supply and demand of skilled talents reason. As the supplier of high-skilled talents, higher vocational colleges need to attach great importance to the serious constraints that the current prevailing shortage of high-skilled talents poses to regional economic and industrial development, adapt to the needs of regional industrial development, accelerate professional construction and adjustment to meet the needs of regional industrial development,moderately advance the cultivation of high-skilled talents needed for future development, strengthen the reform of the curriculum system to meet the diverse development needs of students, and properly promote the classified and high-quality development of public and private higher vocational colleges.
