摘要
针对重型汽车驱动桥正向设计过程中对齿轮激励啸叫噪声的快速诊断和优化需求,介绍了一种综合考虑传动总成结构刚性的动态响应分析方法。以一个配置双联驱动桥的样车为例,进行了行驶工况下的齿轮啸叫噪声仿真和试验。对标结果表明,计算与测试响应之间具有良好的相关性。然后,对噪声优化方案(优化传动误差,修改结构传递路径)进行计算分析,并实现了显著的噪声降低。
Aiming at the rapid diagnosis and optimization of gear excitation whine noise in the forward design of heavy vehicle drive axle,a dynamic response analysis method integrated considering the structural rigidity of drive assembly is introduced. The gear whine noise simulation and experiment are carried out on a sample vehicle equipped with a twin drive axle. The calibration results show that there is a good correlation between calculation and test response. Then,the noise optimization scheme(optimization of transmission error,modification of structure transmission path) is calculated and analyzed,and a significant noise reduction is achieved.
