山东省现代金融支持实体经济发展路径选择

Research on Path Choice of Modern Finance Supporting the Development of Real Economy in Shandong Province

双循环新发展格局下,实体经济既呼唤金融支持,也需要高质量的金融服务。基于山东省现代金融支持实体经济发展的事实特征,从两个视角梳理了现代金融对实体经济发展的影响机理。由于金融体系相对滞后、金融业内部结构失衡、金融产品创新不足、服务新经济能力有待提高等问题,山东省现代金融服务实体经济发展的效率有待提高。并提出要以深化金融体系供给侧结构性改革、完善资本市场支持科技创新的体制机制、加快数字化转型为重要抓手,健全现代金融体系,畅通国内国际双循环,推动山东省实体经济高质量发展。

The realization of sound domestic and international circulation is inseparable from the support of modern finance.Under the new development pattern of"dual-circulation",the real economy calls for both financial support and high-quality financial services.Based on the factual characteristics of modern finance supporting the development of real economy in Shandong Province,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of modern finance on the development of real economy from the perspectives of financial market,financial institutions and financial products.Due to the relative lag of the financial system development,the imbalance of the internal structure of the financial industry,the lack of innovation of financial products and the insufficient ability to serve the new economy,the supporting role of modern finance in Shandong Province for the development of the real economy has not been effectively brought into play.Based on this,we should focus on deepening the supply-side structural reform of the financial system,improving the institutional mechanism of the capital market to support scientific and technological innovation,and accelerating the digital transformation with the purpose of improving the modern financial system,smoothing the domestic and international dual circulation,and finally promoting the high-quality development of the real economy in Shandong Province.
