摘要
由于快递行业是一个完全竞争市场,近年来的价格战使得快递行业重新洗牌,速尔快递、远成物流等企业破产重组,国通快递、全峰快递等企业倒闭关门,极兔速递与拼多多平台联手影响快递行业。论文利用文献分析法、访谈法等以快递公司快递员为主要研究对象,分析快递员绩效考核的现状,剖析绩效考核指标单一、缺乏绩效考核结果反馈等核心问题,提出从建立健全360度绩效考核机制、设计合理的考核指标及权重、强化绩效考核结果反馈与沟通等方面入手,打通绩效考核“最后一公里”,实现提升快递人员工作满意度与提高企业经营业绩的双赢局面。
As the express industry is a completely competitive market, the price war in recent years has led to the reshuffle of the express industry, Unitop-Sure Express, Yuan Cheng Logistics and other enterprises went bankrupt and reorganized, Guotong Express, Quanfeng Express and other enterprises closed down, and J&T Express and Pinduoduo platform joined forces to affect the express industry. By using the methods of literature analysis and interview, this paper takes the couriers of express enterprises as the main research object, analyzes the current situation of the performance assessment of couriers, analyzes the core problems such as the single performance assessment index and the lack of feedback on the performance assessment results. The paper proposes to open up the "last mile" of performance assessment by establishing and perfecting the 360-degree performance assessment mechanism, designing reasonable assessment indicators and weights, and strengthening the feedback and communication of performance assessment results, so as to achieve a win-win situation of improving the job satisfaction of couriers and the operation performance of enterprises.
