摘要
近年来,随着我国经济发展进入新常态,国有企业改革不断深化并进入了新阶段。其中,竞争类国有企业在改革发展中面临较大的市场竞争压力和诸多瓶颈问题,研究并建立完善的职业经理人制度,对市场经济条件下竞争类国有企业的经营和发展具有重要意义。论文介绍了竞争类国有企业及职业经理人的概念,分析了当前竞争类国有企业在推行职业经理人制度过程中存在的不足与问题,并提出了相应的实施对策及建议,以期对相关企业管理者有所裨益。
In recent years, as China’s economic development has entered the new normal, the reform of state-owned enterprises has been deepened and entered a new stage. Among them, competitive state-owned enterprises are facing great market competition pressure and many bottlenecks and problems in the reform and development. The research and establishment of a perfect professional manager system is of great significance to the operation and development of competitive state-owned enterprises under the condition of market economy. This paper introduces the concepts of competitive state-owned enterprises and professional managers, analyzes the shortcomings and problems existing in the process of implementing the professional manager system in the current competitive state-owned enterprises, and puts forward corresponding implementation countermeasures and suggestions, so as to benefit the managers of relevant enterprises.
