摘要
无人零售是在无导购员或收银员服务的情况下,构建智能技术、新零售、娱乐生活、健康等消费场景,由消费者自助进行挑选、购买、支付等购物流程的零售形态。无人零售是零售行业提效降本的有效途径之一,已逐步形成无人零售的产业生态。近年来,受政策、技术和资本的驱动,无人零售发展迅速,但仍然面临多方面挑战,主要包括消费者体验、无人超市货损率以及相关智能化技术的局限性。论文对无人零售行业的发展现状、趋势和标杆案例进行了研究,为有志于拓展此类业态的零售企业提供参考。
Unmanned retail is a retail form that constructs consumption scenarios such as intelligent technology, new retail, entertainment life and health without the services of shopping guides or cashiers, and allows consumers to carry out shopping processes such as selection,purchase and payment by themselves. Unmanned retail is one of the effective ways to improve efficiency and reduce cost in the retail industry,and has gradually formed an industrial ecology of unmanned retail. In recent years, driven by policy, technology and capital, unmanned retail has developed rapidly, but it still faces many challenges, mainly including the consumer experience, the rate of damaged cargo of unmanned supermarkets and the limitations of relevant intelligent technologies. This paper studies the development status, trend and benchmark cases of the unmanned retail industry, so as to provide a reference for retail enterprises interested in expanding such formats.
