经济全球化将世界连接成为一个统一的全球大市场,在全球化带来跨国企业蓬勃发展的同时,逐渐庞大的企业组织架构和广阔的地区分布也给跨国企业财务管理带来了一定的挑战。论文从财务共享服务在企业财务管理中运用的价值、财务共享服务融入策略以及财务共享服务中心创建核心过程3个方面,浅析财务共享管理模式在企业财务管理中的应用。

Economic globalization connects the world into a unified global market. While globalization brings the vigorous development of multinational enterprises, the gradually huge enterprise organizational structure and broad regional distribution also bring certain challenges to the financial management of multinational enterprises. This paper analyzes the application of financial sharing management mode in enterprise financial management from three aspects: the value of the application of financial sharing service in enterprise financial management, the integration strategy of financial sharing service and the core process of creating financial sharing service center.
