摘要
后疫情时代,中国经济发展进入新的阶段。新形势下,各行业竞争性更强,为重塑企业成长之势,企业在经营过程中应积极实施财务内控精细化管理,积极将人本管理理念引入企业财务内控管理中,围绕企业发展实情探寻财务内控措施,有效提升财务内控管理水平。论文以内控精细化管理为切入点,系统阐述了内控精细化管理的特点和内容,结合企业发展实情指明企业在财务内控管理中存在的问题,围绕现实状况提出管理要点,力求企业财务内控在精细化管理下,能够实现长远持续发展目标。
In the post-epidemic era, China’s economic development has entered a new stage. Under the new situation, all industries are more competitive. In order to reshape the growth trend of enterprises, enterprises should actively implement the fine management of financial internal control in the operation process, actively introduce the people-oriented management concept into the enterprise financial internal control management, explore the financial internal control measures around the development of enterprises, and effectively improve the level of financial internal control management. Taking the fine management of internal control as the starting point, this paper systematically expounds the characteristics and content of the fine management of internal control, points out the problems existing in the financial internal control of enterprises according to the development situation of enterprises, and puts forward the management key points around the reality, so as to achieve the long-term sustainable development goal of the financial internal control of enterprises under the fine management.
