摘要
包容型企业领导是近年以来领导学研究的热门领域,是一种给予下属尊重、放权、容错、支持和信任的领导方式。论文对已有文献进行了系统的梳理与整合,对包容型企业领导的定义与根源、研究现状与成果、研究结构与维度,以及对包容型企业领导与其他领导风格的具体异同进行了详细介绍,为今后研究包容型企业领导的方向提出了一些合理的建议。
Inclusive enterprise leader is a hot field of leadership research in recent years. It is a way of giving respect, decentralization, fault tolerance, support and trust to subordinates. This paper systematically combs and integrates the existing literature, introduces the definition and origin, research status and results, research structure and dimensions of inclusive enterprise leader, and the specific similarities and differences between inclusive enterprise leader and other leader styles in detail, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for future research on inclusive enterprise leader.
