企业“大监督”体系建设是深化党的领导、完善机制体制、构筑坚强廉洁防线的必然要求。然而,现行监督体系正面临着跨部门监督、职责全效性和风控合规机制等新需求的挑战。风控融入“大监督”能够通过跨部门业务融合、专业人才、风险地图机制,有效促进监督执纪,营造良好的政治生态,保障企业高质量健康发展。基于此,论文探讨了风控视角下企业“大监督”体系的价值,分析了风控视角下企业“大监督”体系建设的困境,提出了风控视角下企业“大监督”体系建设的对策,以供参考。

The construction of enterprise "big supervision" system is the inevitable requirement of deepening the Party’s leadership,improving the mechanism and system, and building a strong and honest defense line. However, the current supervision system is being challenged by new requirements such as cross-departmental supervision, accountability and compliance mechanisms for risk control.Integrating risk control into "big supervision" can effectively promote supervision and discipline enforcement through cross-departmental business integration, professional talents and risk mapping mechanism, so as to create a good political ecology and ensure high-quality and healthy development of enterprises. Based on this, the paper discusses the value of enterprise "big supervision" system from the perspective of risk control, analyzes the difficulty of enterprise "big supervision" system construction from the perspective of risk control, and puts forward countermeasures for enterprise "big supervision" system construction from the perspective of risk control, for reference.
