摘要
克塔铁路位于新疆自治区北部,途经老风口-玛依塔斯风区,大风频繁且瞬时风力强劲,对施工安全质量效率造成较大的影响。根据项目所处地区风力监测数据资料分析,多数月份平均风速超过5.5m/s,极大风速大于13.9m/s的累计时间超过85小时,风力条件满足《铁路基本建设工程设计概(预)算编制办法》中需对风沙地区施工增加费另行分析计算的条件。为合理确定该项目施工增加费的标准,项目组对现场风力监测,以及不同风力条件下各施工工序人工和机械消耗量测定,研究合理调整大风施工增加费的方案,并为其他项目风沙地区施工增加费的确定提供技术参考。
Karamay-Tacheng Railway is located in the northern part of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, passing through the Old Tuyere-Maytas wind area.The wind is frequent and instantaneous strong, causing a great impact on construction safety, quality and efficiency.According to the analysis of wind monitoring data in the area, the average wind speed in most months is more than 5.5 m/s, and the accumulated time of maximum wind speed greater than 13.9 m/s is more than 85 hours. The wind condition meets the requirement of additional analysis and calculation of construction cost in wind-sand area in "Compiling Method on Railway Capital Construction Projects in Design Preliminary Estimation and Estimation Phases".In order to reasonably determine the standard of construction cost increase for this project, the project team monitored the site wind power and measured the labor and mechanical consumption of each construction process under different wind power conditions, studied the reasonable adjustment scheme of wind construction cost increase, and provided technical reference for the determination of construction cost increase for other projects in wind-sand areas.
