倾斜式离心铸造对钛合金铸件质量的优化

摘要 开发了一种新型钛合金铸造工艺,在设计阶段将钛合金铸件的石墨铸型倾斜摆放,浇注系统搭设在铸件厚大部位,以实现倾斜式离心浇注。同时,分别采用常规立式重力浇注和立式离心浇注,对比研究了两种铸件的表面质量及内在质量。结果表明,倾斜式离心浇注铸造工艺可以减少铸件表面的流痕缺陷,提高钛合金铸件的产品质量,减少后续补焊修整,缩短产品生产周期、降低生产成本。 A new titanium alloy casting process was developed, in which the graphite mold of the titanium alloy casting was tilted at the design stage, and the pouring system was set up at the thickness of the casting, so as to achieve tilting centrifugal casting. At the same time, the surface quality and internal quality of two castings were compared by vertical gravity casting and centrifugal casting respectively. The results show that the inclined centrifugal casting casting process can reduce the flow mark defects on the surface of the casting, improve the quality of titanium alloy casting, reduce the subsequent repair welding dressing, shorten the production cycle and reduce the production cost.
