Discussion on the Theory and Method of Street Vending Economy Accounting

地摊经济以进入门槛低、投入成本低等独特优势不断发展壮大,现有国民经济核算体系难以满足地摊经济核算的要求,地摊经济规模与结构均未能得到有效反映。文章在地摊经济内涵界定的基础上,对国民经济核算理论中就业人员口径调整、地摊经济规模测度、地摊经济数据获取以及地摊经济是否应该被包含在国民经济核算体系中进行了探讨,为进一步完善地摊经济理论测度研究提供参考依据。

With the unique advantages of low entry threshold and low input cost, the existing national economic accounting system is difficult to meet the requirements of the street vending economy accounting, and the scale and structure of the street vending economy accounting have not been effectively reflected. Based on the definition of the connotation of street vending economy, this paper discusses the adjustment on the interpretation of employment personnel, the measurement of street vending economy scale, data acquisition of street vending economy and the question of whether street vending economy should be included in the national economic accounting system, which provides reference for further perfecting the theoretical measurement on street vending economy.
