交通优势度与旅游多维扶贫效率耦合协调关系研究

Research on the Spatial-temporal Evolution of Coupling Coordination Between Transportation Superiority and Tourism Multidimensional Poverty Alleviation Efficiency

交通条件是影响贫困地区旅游扶贫效率的重要因素。以湖北省25个国家级贫困县为研究对象,从经济、社会、医疗、教育维度在内的多维贫困视角出发,利用耦合协调度模型探讨交通优势度与旅游多维扶贫效率耦合协调关系的时空分异。研究结果表明:①2005—2019年湖北贫困县交通优势度与旅游多维扶贫效率的耦合协调关系不断增强,但耦合协调速度逐步放缓。②交通优势度与各维度旅游扶贫效率的耦合协调度增速不同,经济维度耦合协调度增长最慢,社会维度耦合协调度增长最快。③交通优势度与经济、社会维度旅游扶贫效率的耦合协调存在“边缘>内部”的空间分异,与医疗、教育维度旅游扶贫效率的耦合协调度的空间差异较小。④交通优势度与旅游多维扶贫效率的耦合协调关系可以划分为同步协调型、交通优势度滞后型、旅游扶贫效率滞后型和双滞后型4种类型。

Transportation development is a key factor affecting the poverty alleviation efficiency in poverty-stricken counties.Based on the data of 25 poverty-stricken counties in Hubei province,temporal and spatial variation of the relationship between transportation superiority and tourism multidimensional poverty alleviation efficiency which include economic,social,medical and educational dimensions were calculated by transportation superiority model,DEA model,and coupling coordination model.The results are as follows.①From 2005 to 2019,the coupling coordination relationship between transportation superiority and tourism multidimensional poverty alleviation efficiency in poverty-stricken counties has been continuously improved,but the coupling coordination speed gradually slowed down.②The spatial-temporal variation of the coupling coordination degree between the transportation superiority and the different dimensions’tourism poverty alleviation efficiency is different.The coupling coordination degree of the economic dimension has the slowest growth,while the social dimension has the fastest growth.③There is a spatial divergence of“periphery>internal”in the coupling and coordination between the transportation superiority and the economic/social dimensions of tourism poverty alleviation efficiency,while the coupling and coordination degree with the efficiency of tourism in the medical and educational dimensions is not clear.④The coupling coordination between the two can be divided into four types:synchronous coordination,transportation superiority lagging,tourism poverty alleviation efficiency lagging and double lagging type.
