摘要
高校教师是高等学校开展在线教学活动的关键主体,其对在线教学的体验很大程度影响着未来信息化教学的发展。测量高校教师开展在线教学体验有助于了解高校教师对在线教学的体验情况,对于改善其在线教学体验、提高在线教学能力,具有重要参考价值。采用文献研究及专家咨询构建在线教学体验的理论框架,借助SPSS、AMOS软件,对量表预测收集的数据进行项目分析、探索性因子分析,对量表实测收集的数据进行验证性因子分析以及信效度检验,从而完成了对高校教师在线教学体验量表的开发与检验。
University teachers are the key subjects of online teaching activities in universities.Their experience of online teaching will greatly affect the development of information-based teaching in the future.Measuring university teachers’online teaching experience helps to understand university teachers’experience of online teaching,and has important reference value for improving college teachers’online teaching experience and improving college teachers’online teaching ability.This study uses literature research and expert consultation to construct the theoretical framework of online teaching experience.With the help of SPSS and AMOS software,it carries out item analysis and exploratory factor analysis on the predicted data collected by the scale,confirmatory factor analysis and reliability test on the measured data collected by the scale,so as to complete the development and test of university teachers’online teaching experience scale.
