《山西医科大学学报》审稿专家精准化推荐系统的应用

Application of precise recommendation of journal reviewers based on the influence of academic field in Journal of Shanxi Medical University

目的搭建具有审稿专家遴选功能的信息检索网页平台,辅助提高《山西医科大学学报》编辑部的同行评审机制的效率与质量。方法网页平台利用MySQL数据库存取数据;采用Django、JavaScript、HTML超文本语言等为技术基础搭建网页框架;联合关联度评价、传播效应评价、专长吻合度3个指标实现了具有审稿专家精准化推荐的业务逻辑。以MySQL数据库为基础,实现网页平台审稿人推荐功能的业务逻辑,搭建具有信息检索层、检索结果层、信息展示层三级结构的信息检索网页平台。结果成功搭建了具有信息检索层、检索结果层、信息展示层三级结构的信息检索网页平台,期刊编辑可以通过对来源稿件的关键字段信息进行检索,获取与来源稿件匹配的审稿专家推荐结果,并加强对审稿专家与来源稿件相关的学术领域特征认知。结论该网页平台对期刊编辑的审稿专家遴选工作有着一定的辅助决策的作用,有助于提高学报编辑部同行评审机制的效率和质量,可以实现在学报编辑部的预应用,推进学报编辑部的集约化建设。

Objective To establish an information retrieval web page platform for precisely selecting reviewers and improve the efficiency and quality of the peer review for Journal of Shanxi Medical University.Methods The web page platform accessed data through MySQL database.Its framework was based on Django,JavaScript,HTML hypertext language and so on.And the web page platform combined with three indicators of relevance evaluation,communication effect evaluation,and expertise coincidence were used to realize the business logic with the function of accurate recommendation of reviewers.Results A web page platform with three-level structure of information retrieval layer,retrieval result layer and information display layer was successfully built.Journal editors successfully got accurate recommendation results of reviewers by searching the key filed information of the manuscript,which can match the manuscript and help journal editors strengthen the recognization of academic field characteristics that related with the manuscript.Conclusion The web platform has a certain role in assisting decision-making in the selection of reviewers for journal editors.It can also improve the efficiency and quality of peer review,and its pre-application will promote the intensive construction of the journal editorial department.
