高校教师科研动力差异的多维映射研究

摘要 为激发教师科研动力,提高科研创新能力,服务于创新型国家建设,选择全国25个省(自治区、直辖市)66所高校的教师为研究对象,分析教师的多维科研动力差异。研究结果表明:教师科研动力在性别、教龄、教育程度、职称、学科、高校层次上存在显著差异;教师科研内部动力不足,外部动力占主导地位;青年教师的功利型科研动力较突显。要完善教师科研动力激励机制,差异化管理教师科研群,引导教师科研动力回归生态理性。 In order to stimulate teacher’s scientific research motivation,improve scientific research innovation ability,and serve for the construction of innovative country,the study selects teachers in 66 colleges of 25 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)as the research objects,and analyzes the multi-dimensional scientific research motivation difference.The results show that there is significant difference in gender,teaching time,education background,professional title,discipline and college level;teacher’s scientific research internal motivation is lack,and external motivation possess dominate role;the utility type scientific research motivation of young teachers is prominent.It is suggested to perfect teacher’s scientific research motivation simulated mechanism,manage teacher scientific research group in differentiated way,and guide teachers to make teacher’s scientific research motivation return to ecological rationality.
