摘要
为改善传统心理健康教育载体难以满足新时代教育要求的现状,提升大数据时代心理健康教育质量,对大学生心理健康教育载体进行了探讨。论述了高校心理健康教育载体已逐步信息化,具有更强的灵活性、交互性、自助性和隐蔽性。利用大数据分析方法,大学生心理健康教育的新载体在日常工作中展现出了更大的优势,但其发展仍处于初级阶段,仍存在许多需要强化的方面,心理健康教育工作者在未来的研究中要保持对信息的敏感度和包容度,脱离思维定式,加强研究力度,挖掘学生内在需求,为高校学生心理健康教育的提质增效提供强有力的保障。
The traditional carrier of mental health education is difficult to meet the educational requirements of the new era.In order to solve the problem and improve the psychological health education quality in the big data era,the study explores the carrier of psychological healthy education of college students;discusses that the carrier of psychological healthy education of the college has already been informationized,and it is qualified with characteristics of flexibility,interaction,self-service and invisibility.Through using big data analysis method,the new carrier of psychological health education of college students has displayed more advantages,but it is still in its initial stage,and there are some problems.Psychological health educators should keep the sensitiveness and inclusion of the information in future research,break away from mindset,strengthen research,and explore student’s internal need,to provide strong guarantee for the improvement of psychological health education of college students.
