对基于混合式学习的高等数学课程创新型人才培养进行探讨。从教师的创新性“教”与学生的创新性“学”两个方面来分析高等数学课程中创新型人才培养的具体策略:教师要创造性使用不同的平台软件,原创性设计学生课前预习任务,因材施教地制作原创课件,实现混合课堂授课多元化,创新性设计线上线下课后学习任务;学生要通过线上预习作业环节获得创新意识,通过独立思考和深度学习获得创新思维,通过课后学习获得创新能力。在适应全球科技竞争的视角下,培养学生的创新素养是高等教育的最终目的,创新素养将作为创新型人才的个人品质在其以后的发展中发挥作用。

The study explores the cultivation of innovative talents of advanced mathematics curriculum based on blended learning,analyzes the specific strategies from two aspects:teacher’s innovative“teaching”and student’s innovative“learning”.Teachers should innovatively use different platforms and software,design student’s preview task before class,make innovative courseware according to their aptitudes,achieve the diversification of classroom teaching,and innovatively design online and offline learning task after class.Students should gain innovative consciousness through online preview,innovative thinking through independent thinking,and innovative ability after class.Under the perspective of global science and technology competition,cultivation of student’s innovative literacy is the final target of advanced education.As the personal quality of innovative talents,innovative literacy will play the function.
