摘要 以电子商务专业为例,对“1+X”证书制度背景下特教中职学校人才培养进行探讨。分析了特教中职学校电子商务专业人才培养现状,提出了“1+X”课证融通人才培养新模式。总结了教学改革的实践成效:学生学习兴趣和主观能动性明显提升,学校实训室建设稳步推进,学生技能训练落地,专业目标岗位的实习率有所提升。明确了下一步工作方向,学校将根据实际情况组织其他专业积极申报“1+X”证书试点,不断拓宽残疾青年的实习就业渠道。实践证明,在特教中职学校推进“1+X”证书制度改革能更好地提升残疾学生的学习兴趣和技能水平,让残疾学生体会到一技之长带来的成就感,从而更好地融入社会。 Through taking e-commerce major as an example,the study explores of talent training in special vocational schools under“1+X”certificate system background,analyzes the present situation of professional talent training of e-commerce major of special vocational schools,and proposes the new mode of the integration of“1+X”certificate into talent training.The practice effect of teaching reform is summarized,i.e.students’learning interest and subjectivity initiative improves significantly,the construction of the training room in schools is promoted steadily,student skill training is implemented,and the practice and employment channel are continuously widened.It is proved that the promotion of“1+X”certificate system reform in special vocational schools can better improve the learning interest and technical level of disabled students,make disabled students experience the sense of achievement by their professional skills,and help them to better integrate into the society.
