Exploration of Legal Education Management of Private College Students

探讨了民办高校学生法制教育管理策略。分析了民办高校法制教育现状,表现在法制教育水平不高、家长及学生法律意识淡薄。基于民办高校法制教育的重要性和必要性,提出了加强民办高校法制教育的对策:优化教学内容和教学手段,提高学生学习兴趣,提高法律课堂教学的实效性,丰富法制教育的教学手段;营造良好的法制学习环境,营造和谐文明的校园环境,组织丰富多彩的法制教育实践活动,有效开展心理咨询和辅导,巩固大学生法制教育成效;加强民办高校法制教育师资队伍建设,构建一支水平高、业务精的以专职教师为主体、兼职教师为补充的高素质师资队伍,从而提升大学生的法律意识,增强大学生法制观念,提高民办高校的法制教育水平。

The study explores the strategy of legal education management of private college students,and analyzes the present situation of legal education in private colleges,i.e.low legal education level,and weak legal consciousness of parents and students.Based on the importance and necessity of legal education of private colleges,the study proposes the countermeasures of legal education of private colleges,i.e.to optimize teaching content and means,improve student’s learning interest,improve the effectiveness of legal course teaching,enrich the teaching means of legal education;create good legal learning environment,create harmonious and civilized campus environment,organize rich and colorful legal education practical activities,effectively develop psychological counselling and tutorship,solidify the effectiveness of college student legal education;strengthen the construction of legal education teaching team of private colleges,and construct a high quality teaching team through taking full-time teachers as the subject and part-time teachers as the supplement,in order to improve the legal consciousness of college students,enhance their legal concept,and promote the legal education level of private colleges.
