培育职业核心素养的机电类专业课课堂教学改革 被引量:3

摘要 为提升学生的职业核心素养和能力,对机电类专业课课堂教学改革策略进行探讨。基于职业教育的教学改革方向,分析了教学改革的核心,体现在转变教师教学观念,以学生为中心,改革教学模式和教学方法,以培养学生职业核心能力为教学核心。提出了课堂教学模式改革策略:转变教学观念,丰富教学内容,提升学生的学习兴趣;改变学习方式,变被动接受式为自主探索式学习,提升学习的主动性和积极性;变教案为导学案,以学生为主体,实现学生对理论知识和实践技能的掌握、学习过程和学习方法的提升;完善考评方式,实现考核过程的持续性和全面性,使考核结果更加科学、全面;优化课程体系,丰富教学内容,提升学生的岗位技能、社会实践能力和职业能力;优化课堂内容设计,强化学生对知识的理解和记忆,提升课堂教学效果,进而激发学生的学习兴趣和热情,主动参与到学习中来,变“厌学”为“乐学”,学以致用,促进学生的全面发展。 In order to improve professional core literacy and ability of the students,the study explores the reform strategies of classroom teaching reform of mechanical and electrical specialty course.Based on the teaching reform of vocational education,the study analyzes the core of teaching reform,reflecting in the transformation of teacher’s teaching concept,students centering,reform of teaching mode and method,and the training of student’s professional core ability.The reform strategies of classroom teaching mode are proposed,i.e.to transform teaching concept,enrich teaching content,improve student’s learning interest;reform learning mode,change from passive receptive mode to independent explorative learning,improve learning initiative and enthusiasm;change traditional teaching plan into guidance learning,take student orientation,improve student’s grasp of theoretical knowledge and practical skills,learning process and method;perfect evaluation method,achieve the continuity and comprehensiveness of examination process,make examination results more scientific and comprehensive;optimize curriculum system,enrich teaching content,improve student’s post skill,social practical and vocational ability;optimize class content design,strengthen student’s knowledge comprehension and memory,improve classroom teaching effect,to stimulate student’s learning interest and enthusiasm,initiatively participate in learning,change from being tired to being willing to learning,apply their knowledge,and promote student’s comprehensive development.
