摘要
考虑到传统系统在实现智能化烟草生产自动控制时,登录、信息管理及吞吐量和响应时间无法满足用户需求,设计基于RFID的智能化烟草生产自动控制系统。基于烟草生产自动控制系统整体架构,利用智能化烟草生产自动控制的复位电路和外围接口电路,设计智能化烟草生产控制电路,完成系统硬件设计;在系统软件设计中,利用RFID技术识别控制要素的重要度特征,通过控制指标矩阵的一致性检验,计算每个控制指标的相对权重,确定烟草生产自动控制指标权重,结合烟草生产自动控制算法设计,实现智能化烟草生产的自动控制。实验结果表明,基于RFID的智能化烟草生产自动控制系统不仅在用户登录管理模块和基础信息管理模块中可满足用户的功能需求,还可以通过提高吞吐量和缩短响应时间,满足用户的性能需求。
Considering that the login,information management,throughput and response time of the traditional system in realizing the intelligent automatic control of tobacco production can not meet the needs of users,an intelligent automatic control system of tobacco production based on RFID is proposed.Based on the overall architecture of tobacco production automatic control system,using the reset circuit and peripheral interface circuit of intelligent tobacco production automatic control,the intelligent tobacco production control circuit is designed and the system hardware design is completed;In the system software design,RFID technology is used to identify the importance characteristics of control elements.Through the consistency test of control index matrix,the relative weight of each controlled index is calculated to determine the weight of tobacco production automatic control index.Combined with the design of tobacco production automatic control algorithm,the intelligent automatic control of tobacco production is realized.The experimental results show that the intelligent tobacco production automatic control system based on RFID can not only meet the functional requirements of users for login management module and basic information management module,but also meet the performance requirements of users by improving throughput and shortening response time.
