COVID-19疫情下核医学临床教学的困境与调整

Difficulty and adjustment in clinical teaching of nuclear medicine during COVID-19 pandemic

分析疫情防控常态化下,核医学实习生、研究生和进修生在临床学习中所面临的困难与挑战,对北京协和医院核医学科实施的一系列临床教学改革措施进行阐述。疫情期间,本科实习生、临床研究生和进修生(“三生”)在临床实践过程面临各种困境,并且产生了恐惧、焦虑以及抑郁等各种心理问题。因此,核医学科以学生需求为导向根据疫情防控要求不断对教学方案做出相应的调整,在安全的前提下,保证了教学的质量和学生的身心健康。

During COVID-19 pandemic and due to the need for its prevention and control,the training of interns and graduates in nuclear medicine are facing challenges.This paper analyzed these challenges and reported a series of reformation implemented by the Department of Nuclear Medicine of Peking Union Medical College Hospital.During the pandemic,students face various difficulties in the process of clinical practice,which also leads to some psychological problems such as fear,anxiety and depression.Therefore,the department of nuclear medicine remodels the teaching and training plan based on the needs of trainees and constantly modify the training procedures to protect trainees and meet the needs of training as well as pandemic prevention and control.
