健康信念模式对乳腺癌患者治疗依从性的影响

Effects of health belief model on treatment compliance in breast cancer patients

目的分析健康信念模式护理干预对乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗依从性的影响,探讨一种有效的护理模式,以提高护理质量。方法选取中山市人民医院乳腺中心2019年10月至2020年10月收治的86例乳腺癌患者,均在术后予以内分泌治疗,根据治疗期间的不同护理模式将其分为A组与B组,每组各43例,A组实施常规护理,B组实施健康信念模式护理干预,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]、乳腺癌生存质量量表(Fact-B评分)以及护理满意度。结果B组护理后的治疗依从性评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组护理后的SAS、SDS评分均低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组护理后的Fact-B评分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组的护理总满意度(97.67%)高于A组(86.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康信念模式护理干预在乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗护理中的实施效果显著,可明显提高患者的治疗依从性,且能改善其心理状态与生活质量,护理满意度高,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of health belief model-based nursing intervention on the compliance of endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients,and to explore an effective nursing model to improve nursing quality.Methods A total of 86 breast cancer patients admitted to the Breast Center of Zhongshan City People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and then received endocrine therapy after operation.They were divided into group A and group B according to different nursing models during the treatment period,with 43 cases in each group.Group A received the routine nursing,while group B received the health belief model-based nursing intervention.The treatment compliance,psychological state(self rating anxiety scale[SAS]and selfrating depression scale[SDS]scores),breast cancer quality of life scale(Fact-B score)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance score of group B after nursing was lower than that of group A,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of group B after nursing were lower than those of group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the Fact-B score of group B after nursing was higher than that of group A,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of group B(97.67%)was higher than that of group A(86.05%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The health belief model-based nursing intervention in breast cancer patients has a significant effect in the implementation of endocrine therapy and nursing,which can significantly improve the patients’treatment compliance,and can improve their psychological state and quality of life,with high nursing satisfaction,which is worth y of application.
