结构化健康教育在脑动脉瘤手术治疗护理中的应用及对患者NIHSS、FMA评分的影响

Application of structured health education in nursing for patients undergoing cerebral aneurysm surgery and its effects on patients’NIHSS and FMA scores

目的观察脑动脉瘤手术患者在进行治疗期间为其提供的结构化健康教育所产生的影响。方法选取在2019年2月至2021年5月于福建医科大学附属第一医院神经外科接受脑动脉瘤手术治疗的126例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组(n=63)和试验组(n=63),其中常规组实施常规护理,试验组在其基础上实施结构化健康教育,两组均进行5周的干预。比较两组患者干预前后的运动功能[采用Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)评价]、神经功能[采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价]以及健康教育达标率。结果干预5周后,试验组的FMA评分高于常规组,NIHSS评分低于常规组(P<0.05);试验组健康教育达标率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论结构化健康教育应用于脑动脉瘤手术患者可达到预期的康复效果,促使运动系统、神经功能逐渐恢复正常,增强患者对相关知识的认知度。

Objective To observe the impact of structured health education provided to patients with cerebral aneurysms during treatment.Methods From February 2019 to May 2021,a total of 126 patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University for surgical treatment of cerebral aneurysms were divided into routine group(n=63)and experimental group(n=63)by random number table method.Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group,and structured health education was carried out in the experimental group.Both groups were intervened for 5 weeks.The motor function(evaluated by Fugl Meyer scale[FMA]),neurological function(evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale[NIHSS])and the compliance rate of health education were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After 5 weeks of intervention,the FMA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the routine group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05);The standard rate of health education in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through this,we can draw the following conclusions.The application of structured health education in patients undergoing cerebral aneurysm surgery can achieve the expected rehabilitation effect,promote the motor system and nerve function to gradually return to normal,and enhance the patient s’awareness of relevant knowledge.
