阶段性运动联合康复理疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者运动功能及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Periodic Exercise Combined with Rehabilitation Physiotherapy on Motor Function and Sleep Quality of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨阶段性运动联合康复理疗对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者运动功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月茂名市人民医院收治的腰椎间盘突出患者140例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组给予康复理疗治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予阶段性运动治疗。比较2组治疗前后运动功能及睡眠质量情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评定量表(FMA)得分高于对照组,观察组Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、疼痛感评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阶段性运动联合康复理疗能明显改善LDH患者腰椎间关节活动,减轻腰腿疼痛症状,增强脊椎稳定性,改善下肢运动能力,提高腰椎间盘突出症患者的运动功能,改善患者睡眠质量,最终改善患者的综合生命质量,联合治疗为LDH患者提供了一种经济有效的康复疗法,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of staged exercise combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy on motor function and sleep quality in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 140 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to Maoming People′s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and observation group according to simple randomization method,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation physiotherapy,and the observation group was given staged exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.The motor function and sleep quality were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate and Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,and pain score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Staged exercise combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy can significantly improve the activity of lumbar intervertebral joint in patients with LDH,reduce the symptoms of low back and leg pain,enhance the stability of spine,improve the motor ability of lower limbs,improve the motor function of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the sleep quality of patients,and finally improve the comprehensive quality of life of patients.Combined therapy provides an economic and effective rehabilitation therapy for patients with LDH,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
