龙胆泻肝汤联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的临床效果及改善睡眠分析

Clinical Effect and Sleep Improvement of Longdan Xiegan Decoction Combined with Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium in the Treatment of Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media

目的:分析龙胆泻肝汤联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎及改善睡眠的临床效果。方法:选取2019年5月至2020年4月定西市渭源县中西医结合医院收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者52例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组患者使用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加龙胆泻肝汤进行治疗,对2组患者的治疗效果、睡眠质量、不良反应的发生情况与治疗前后的气导听阈、骨导听阈进行观察比较。结果:观察组治疗效果(96.2%)明显高于对照组(69.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍以及睡眠时间4项睡眠质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后的气导听阈与骨导听阈值均有好转,观察组患者改善度高于对照组;观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤联合阿莫西林克拉维酸钾在慢性化脓性耳膜炎患者的治疗中,能够明显提高患者的治疗效果和睡眠质量,另外还能有效减少不良反应的发生,有着较高的安全性,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media and improving sleep.Methods:A total of 52 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media who were admitted to Weiyuan County Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Dingxi City from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with amoxicillin-clavulanate potassium,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The air conduction hearing threshold and bone conduction hearing threshold were observed and compared.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group(96.2%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(69.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The four sleep quality scores of sleep onset time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and sleep time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The air conduction hearing threshold and bone conduction hearing threshold of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the improvement degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium in the treatment of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media can significantly improve the treatment effect and sleep quality of patients.In addition,it can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.It has high safety and is worthy of popularization and application.
