心理护理对老年精神分裂症患者负性情绪、睡眠质量及生命质量的改善作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Psychological Nursing on the Improvement of Negative Emotion,Sleep Quality and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:分析老年精神分裂症患者应用心理护理的有效性。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月厦门市仙岳医院收治的老年精神分裂症患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。比较分析2组患者的临床指标评分与用药依从性。结果:观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的用药依从性、生命质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理应用于老年精神分裂症患者的临床护理中可改善患者的睡眠状况与不良情绪,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of psychological care in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the digital lottery method,with 40 cases in each group.The clinical index scores and medication compliance of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of medication compliance and quality of life in the group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with schizophrenia can improve the patients′sleep status and bad mood,and it is worthy of promotion.
