妊娠期糖尿病患者的饮食护理干预效果及对睡眠的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察饮食护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法:选取三明市第一医院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者42例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组21例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上增加饮食护理干预,观察比较2组患者的护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组胎膜早破发生率、围生儿窒息率、巨大儿、剖宫产率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施饮食护理干预,能够降低妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平,减少母婴不良结局,提升睡眠质量。 Objective:To observe the effect of diet nursing intervention on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 42 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Sanming First Hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group added diet nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-h postprandial blood glucose(P2 HPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).The incidence of premature rupture of membranes,perinatal asphyxia,macrosomia and cesarean section in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diet nursing intervention can reduce blood sugar level and adverse outcome of mother and child,and improve sleep quality.
