认知行为疗法治疗失眠症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the Treatment of Insomnia

目的:观察认知行为疗法治疗失眠症的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月新疆昌吉回族自治州人民医院住院失眠症患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予认知行为疗法治疗,对照组口服酒石酸唑吡坦片治疗,疗程均为4周。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行睡眠评估。结果:观察组的总有效率为76.7%,对照组的总有效率为80.0%,2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组组内治疗前后PSQI评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较发现,2组在治疗前、2周、4周PSQI评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组治疗效果相当。结论:认知行为疗法治疗失眠症的临床疗效与西药相当,且无西药的不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of cognitive behavior therapy on insomnia.Methods:Sixty inpatients with insomnia in People′s hospital of Xinjiang Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with cognitive behavior therapy and the control group was treated with Zolpidem tartrate tablets for 4 weeks.The two groups were assessed with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results:The total effective rate was 76.7%in the observation group and 80.0%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Intra group comparison found that,there were significant differences in PSQI scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The comparison between groups found that,there was no significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(P>0.05),and the treatment effects of the two groups were similar.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of insomnia is equivalent to that of Western medicine,and there are no side effects of Western medicine.
