联合服用奥氮平和氨磺必利对改善慢性精神分裂症患者睡眠、认知功能、生命质量的疗效观察

Effect of Olanzapine Combined with Amsulfamide on Improving Sleep,Cognitive Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

目的:分析联合服用奥氮平和氨磺必利对改善慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能、生命质量的疗效。方法:选取2018年10月至2020年12月广州市民政局精神病院收治的慢性精神分裂症患者80例作为研究对象,按照配对法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予以奥氮平治疗,观察组予以联合服用奥氮平和氨磺必利治疗,比较2组患者疗效、睡眠、认知功能、生命质量改善情况、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)总分、一般病理症状、阴性症状、阳性症状较对照组更低,且简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分更高,睡眠质量更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组便秘、失眠、低血压、心动过速等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性精神分裂症患者采用氨磺必利联合奥氮平治疗可减轻症状,促进认知功能恢复,提高了生命质量,改善自我生活能力与睡眠质量,可供临床用药参考。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of olanzapine combined with amsulfamide in improving cognitive function and quality of life in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with chronic schizophrenia treated in the psychiatric hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau from October 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the pairing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine and the observation group was treated with olanzapine and sulpiride.The curative effect,sleep,cognitive function,improvement of quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total score of positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),general pathological symptoms,negative symptoms and positive symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of simple mental state assessment scale(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and activity of daily living scale(ADL)were higher,the sleep quality was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as constipation,insomnia,hypotension and tachycardia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic schizophrenia with sulfapride combined with olanzapine can reduce symptoms,promote the recovery of cognitive function,improve the quality of life,improve self-life ability and sleep quality,which can be used as a reference for clinical medication.
