暴力风险评估在精神分裂症患者安全管理中的价值及对睡眠障碍、危险行为的影响

The Value of Violence Risk Assessment in the Safety Management of Patients with Schizophrenia and Its Effects on Sleep Disorders and Risky Behaviors

目的:探究暴力风险评估在精神分裂症患者安全管理中的价值及对睡眠障碍、危险行为的影响。方法:选取2019年11月至2021年2月湛江市第三人民医院收治的精神分裂症患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组实施常规管理,观察组实施基于暴力风险评估的管理方案,比较2组危险行为、管理前后睡眠质量及社会交往能力评分、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分。结果:管理后观察组社交技能量表(SSC)、社会适应能力量表(SAFE)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后观察组危险行为3项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后观察组简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在精神分裂症患者安全管理中施行暴力风险评估,可改善患者危险行为及睡眠质量,提升其社会交往能力,辅助改善患者精神症状及情绪。

Objective:To explore the value of violence risk assessment in the safety management of patients with schizophrenia and its influence on sleep disorders and risk behaviors.Methods:A total of 62 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Zhanjiang City from November 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given a management plan based on violence risk assessment.Risk behaviors,scores of sleep quality,social interaction ability,and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)scores before and after management were compared between the two groups.Results:After management,the Social Skills Checklist(SSC),Social Adaptive Functioning Evaluation(SAFE)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After management,the three items of risk behavior scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After management,the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk assessment of violence in the safety management of patients with schizophrenia can improve patients′risky behaviors and sleep quality,improve their social communication skills,and assist in improving patients′mental symptoms and emotions.
