摘要
正念训练对个体睡眠质量的改善具有一定效果,文章检索了国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)、PubMed及Elsevier,选取了近5年研究正念训练与睡眠质量的国内外文献,梳理了正念训练改善睡眠质量的两大作用机制,心理机制包括影响注意力、认知能力以及思维模式等,生理机制包括影响部分脑区、自主神经系统以及内分泌系统等,结果发现正念训练可以通过影响个体的生理、心理活动,调整个体的身心状态,提升个体睡眠质量。
Mindfulness training has a certain effect on the improvement of individual sleep quality.The article retrieved China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science Periodical Database(CSPD),PubMed and Elsevier,selected domestic and foreign literature on mindfulness training and sleep quality in the past five years,and sorted out the two major mechanisms of mindfulness training to improve sleep quality.The psychological mechanism includes affecting attention,cognitive ability and thinking mode,and the physiological mechanisms include affecting some brain regions,autonomic nervous system and endocrine system,etc.It was found that mindfulness training can adjust individual′s physical and mental state and improve individual sleep quality by affecting individual′s physical and psychological activities.
