西部大开发以来云南省产业结构发展变化及转型升级研究

Research on the Development,Change,Transformation and Upgrading of Industrial Structure in Yunnan Province since the Western Development

西部大开发20年的经验表明,产业结构整体素质和效率向更高层次的不断优化,极大地推动了西部地区经济社会发展。文章通过对西部大开发以来云南省产业结构的变化过程进行系统梳理,基于SSM分析法找出云南省具有相对优势的产业部门,并根据TL与TS值分析云南省产业结构向合理化与高级化演进的过程,总结提出西部大开发以来云南省产业转型升级的成效经验和未来的发展方向,为推动云南在新一轮西部大开发中经济高质量发展提供借鉴参考。

The 20-year experience in the development of the western region shows that the continuous optimization of the overall quality and efficiency of the industrial structure to a higher level has greatly promoted the economic and social development of the western region.This article systematically sorts out the changes in the industrial structure of Yunnan Province since the Western Development,and finds out the industrial sectors with comparative advantages in Yunnan Province based on the SSM analysis method.And according to the TL and TS values,the process of rationalization and advanced evolution of the industrial structure in Yunnan Province was analyzed.This paper summarizes and puts forward the achievements and experiences of Yunnan Province’s industrial transformation and upgrading since the western development and the future development direction,and provides reference for promoting the high-quality economic development of Yunnan in the new round of western development.
