In modern Chinese history,Commercial Press is one of the most outstanding Publishing companies.The files of its development period as historical materials are of significant value to research.This paper introduces the collation and catalog of a batch of the early files of the company,and analyzes the historical value from two aspects of organizational management and operation principle,which will enrich the research of the history of the Commercial Press and provide reference for the operation and management of modern publishing enterprises.
